sensors. These sensors, in conjunction with one located in the passenger compartment center tunnel, are the critical portions of
the Supplemental Restraint System (SRS). In certain front end collisions, the NSX deploys airbags to provide additional
protection to the driver (1991 - 1992), and to the passenger as well (1993 & newer). To resist corrosion and rust, all SRS
electrical connectiors are gold plated.
